Complete Service
- disassembly of case and bracelet
- complete disassembly of movement
- replacing all worn or rusty movement parts with genuine replacement parts
- ultrasonic cleaning of movement
- assembly of movement using recommended lubricants, electronic calibration of mechanical and quartz movements
- supply genuine gaskets, crowns, case tubes, and crystals where applicable
- test all cases both dry and wet to recommended pressure tests to assure water resistance
- time test to assure accuracy before delivery
Basic Service
- ultrasonically clean case and bracelet
- supply genuine gaskets
- quartz movements are electronically tested for battery consumption
- regulate mechanical movements
- test cases both dry and wet to recommended pressure tests
- replacement of battery
- for an additional charge customers can have cases and bracelets refinished like new where applicable
Refinish Service
- Refinishing is included in most modern complete services or available as an option with other services
- Complete disassembly of the case and separation of the bracelet from the case
- Restoring the factory finish of the components unless otherwise specified
- Ultrasonic cleaning of the components to remove all polishing compounds and dirt
- Complete re-assembly of the case, replacing all worn gaskets, crystals, tubes and crowns where applicable
Battery Service
- movement is electronically tested for battery consumption
- battery replacement
- replace case back gasket
- dry test case to recommended pressure test
All above services are warranted for one year. All exterior components, cases, bracelets, bezels, crystals, crowns and pushers are not warranted. All electronic components are not warranted unless installed at time of repair. Anyone else opening a watch serviced by Chronotek voids the warranty.
